System Binaries
From OpenWiz
There are a number of proprietary system binaries in the root filesystem.
- bootcramfs unpacks the Config or Config2 flash partition into the normal file system.
- eepromtest is used to examine the contents of the EEPROM.
- micomparam is the program that talks to the front panel.
- qlenc seems to be related to encoding the input from the LiDiC.
- rompkg does lots of stuff that we don't understand yet.
- sys_up does lots of stuff that we don't understand yet.
- trccmd does lots of stuff that we don't understand yet.
- wizdvp is the main application for the Beyonwiz; the GUI and all the normal (non-network) operations. Prl
- wizmon does lots of stuff that we don't understand yet.
- wizpimp implements the EPG retrieval portion of the IceTV PIMP protocol.
- dump.dat isn't a program -- it's a data file containing a compiled version of the user interface description.
